Our Scope of Services include:

We provide home care services through programs
administered by the RI Departments of Human Services http://www.dhs.state.ri.us/ , and Elderly Affairs www.dea.state.ri.us
REGISTERED NURSES
.... Provide skilled assessment, patient education, service coordination, maintain special equipment and work closely with your physician to deliver your care at home.

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES
.... Provide specialized care, patient education, and administer treatments and medication in your home.

HOME HEALTH CARE AIDES
.... RI Department of Health Certified Nursing Assistants provide personal care such as bathing and dressing, assistance with ambulation, meal preparation, help with feeding, and assistance with light housekeeping and home management.

COMPANIONS
.... Friendly visitors who provide non personal care such as planning of daily meals, emotional support, and assistance in maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment.

INDIVIDUAL CASE MANAGEMENT
       .... Each client receives a specialized assessment and care plan by a Registered Nurse before service begins. Throughout the duration of service, the care plan is monitored and changed as the client's needs change.

SOCIAL SERVICE*
        Social workers provide assessment and management of resources which may provide needed social, financial and community services.

REHABILITATIVE THERAPIES*
        Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapists provide a variety of therapies in your home directed at achieving maximum independence.

Lifeline EMERGENCY RESPONSE SYSTEMS
       We take care of every detail from installation to monthly billing.
